About Me

Hello Iron Nation!!- My name is Rich Panner. I am married to my beautiful wife Shanna. She and I have 4 kids and are now officially empty nesters. They are Sarah (29), John (26), Emily (24) and Hanna (23). We are very proud of all of them.

I recently entered the next season of my life after a 35 year with PepsiCo. Shanna also recently retired after 30 years in the Gwinnett school season. We both have blessed with great careers and the ability to finish with the same employer we started with. Through God’s provision- I was introduced to Gary/ Barry through Richard Buckley at Corporate Chaplains and have enjoyed my experience at Iron Forums immensely.

Iron Forums has been great for me in this next chapter of my life as I have met so many like minded professionals whose desire is to serve the Lord. As an advisor- I have received much more than I have given. That said, I hope to be able to share with other business leaders and learn from some of the mistakes I have made along the way. I am happy at any time have a conversation or just be a listening ear and help any way I can.
