All of us have weaknesses, and if we desire to grow, that cannot be something we hide. Some are gaps we already know about, areas where we feel stuck and unsure of the way forward. Others are blind spots we cannot see at all until someone who knows us well enough and cares enough points them out. Most business owners are carrying both, alone, in rooms where everyone looks like they have it together.
