for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.

A Christ-centered community that spiritually impacts business leaders, their family and their business.

Why Iron Forums?

Business owners traditionally struggle with being isolated, work-addicted individuals with many complex issues that can go unresolved; however, these entrepreneurs are uniquely positioned to impact the Kingdom of God. We are called to develop, empower and connect the Christian entrepreneur to live out God’s plan at home and at work. Iron Forums creates the confidential peer-to-peer environment for us to become spiritually mature business owners, leaders, spouses, and parents through knowing and experiencing God’s love, grace, and wisdom.

Unlike other peer-related Christian groups you may find, Iron Forums is not based on an expansive curriculum, nor wisdom from one of today’s business leaders; rather, we offer these three unique perspectives:

  1. We are Relationship-Orientated, connecting business leaders and learning from each other by sharing God’s wisdom in Scripture against the backdrop of personal experience and prayerful guidance.
  2. We have an Advisor Corps of business leaders who have been called to serve entrepreneurs by sitting in on Snapshot groups during the Forums, and making themselves available for calls, and consulting between Forums.
  3. Our Snapshot™ and the process we follow has been central to Iron Forums since our founding over 20 years ago. It’s a simple, yet very deep and useful tool to aid our discussions and accountability during Snapshot time at the Forums.

At Iron Forums, you will experience 4 CORE VALUES that we believe impact the hearts of leaders:

  • We Live by God’s Truth
  • We Grow by Sharing in Transparency
  • We Apply Knowledge through Traction
  • We become more like Jesus through Transformation

The Iron Forums Proven Process:

Our Snapshot process and corresponding categories allow business owners to quickly remove obstacles to God’s Truth, while learning peer-to-peer about better ways to develop relationships with Christ, with family, and with the business. We are relationship-driven, rather than curriculum-driven, and our Advisor Corps is made up of retired or semi-retired business leaders with a passion for helping others grow deeper in faith and in their relationship with God.

Iron Forums members should all be growth-oriented as well. In fact, we have a guarantee associated with our process that other organizations often lack. At the end of twelve months, if you feel you have not received an acceptable ROI on your investment/membership fees, you will be refunded 50% of your fees paid. All our members should objectively expect not only a FINANCIAL ROI that exceeds their expectations but also to see an improvement in their family and business LEADERSHIP skills — as well as their Spiritual walk with Jesus.
