About Me
Hello! My name is David and here’s my story. I’ve been married to my wife, Kim, for 45 years. We have three adult children and three grandchildren located in the PNW, Marietta, and as a digital nomad. My wife and I met on a blind date a few years after college. We have lived in the Atlanta area our entire married life.
I retired last year after 45 years in insurance and financial planning. I had known Bruce Witt for many years and we started intertwined life coaching and Iron Forum. I joined the Cobb County group several years ago as an advisor.
Once I retired, I launched my nonprofit life coaching practice.
I love asking questions and unpacking people’s thoughts/goals and holding them accountable. I currently spend my free time playing Pickleball and cycling.

Fun Facts
I remember a pastor made the following statement when I was in high school. He said, “Your life is not determined by what you want, but by the choices you are about to make.” That was great advice for a young person starting college, marriage, and career.
I read the book Halftime by Bob Buford early in my career. It helped me keep the right priorities in my life.
I want to continue to spend quality time with my children and grandchildren in order to leave a lasting Godly legacy to them.
Travel, photography, golf, and collecting ancient coins from the time of the Bible.
I was CFO of a public company several years ago when we sold our business to one of our competitors. After the deal was completed, I had the CEO of the company that bought us tell me that the reason they paid a premium for our company was because they trusted me and believed what I was telling them.
