About Me

I am Joanne Holz and honored to be in the very first Iron Forums for Women! I am married to Dr. Richard Holz. We have one son, who lives with Jesus, and one daughter who lives four miles from me. We have two grandchildren and are delighted that we can spend so much time with precious family.

Business Expertise

I have been a leader in the non-profit world for 35 years in a variety of capacities including leading in alleviating homelessness, aid to impoverished families, and seeking positive means for building communities. I have trained and been the Director of Curriculum for The Salvation Army Evangeline Booth College and Director of The Jack McDowell School for Leadership Development. My roles have included overseeing HR, Disaster Services, Insurance, Property Management, Legal Issues, and Development of fund raising and legacy gifts. I have served on a number of Boards including Board of Directors at The Salvation Army.

Currently I own my own coaching, consulting, and training business called Kingdom Impact Coaching where I serve others as an Executive Coach, trainer, and consultant.
