Virtual Facilitator, Larry Rice

Iron Forums Virtual Facilitator Larry Rice offers entrepreneurs a unique perspective gained through over four decades of experience developing, leading, and evaluating teams in high performance organizations. After commanding a nuclear aircraft carrier, Larry retired from the US Navy as an Admiral. He was asked to lead a small telecommunications company as its CEO, and increased profitability over 300%. He has spent the last 10 years coaching and mentoring CEOs and their teams across a variety of industries.

Larry is a graduate of the US Naval Academy, US Naval War College, and Harvard Business School’s Executive Management Program. He also graduated from the Navy’s Nuclear Power School and the Navy’s Lean/Six Sigma Program.

In spite of all his hard work and accomplishments, Larry loves the Lord and gives Him the glory. He is excited to help like-minded business owners succeed in their organizations through Iron Forums.

Monthly Online Meeting for support & Growth

We host forums online that meet once per month over Zoom. Meetings last a little over two hours and provide a mix of exclusive content and community interaction.
